I have been on a bit of a tear. Much buying and selling in San Francisco. Have a lot of exciting new things to show you, paintings, prints, silver including Tiffany and objects. Here is a smattering of stuff for you to check out. Already sold a few things since I have been back including a nice Elmer Wachtel. I don’t have time to list it all on the website at the moment but offer a few pictures for your perusal.
I have a couple pieces being cleaned too, a large George Demont Otis oil of Lagunitas Creek and a Samuel Barr. Bought a beautiful Clyde Forsythe this morning but won’t pick it up until tomorrow. I found an awesome painting by the famed artist Dong Kingman entitled The ups and downs of Market St., S.F. with the Ferry Building in the background. I am going to be working with California Watercolor to sell that painting but will probably bring it with me up to Santa Barbara.
I got a nice group of Borein etchings and a drawing that came from the Hearst family that I also look forward to showing at the CALM Show in Santa Barbara next week.
Bought a tasty Charles Fries in original frame. Also works by Ben Abril, Ralph Love, A.D. Greer and Edith White.
